All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

We offer our customers the chance to exchange goods that are the wrong size within 30 days. We are very happy to do this, but there are a few guidelines that we ask you to follow. 

For either a return or a refund, all goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. This means that they have not been used and are unworn apart from trying the garment on.  Before trying the garments on; please ensure you are clean and free of odour so that you do not mark/stain the garments making them unsalable on their return to us.  In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We do ask that you make every effort to return the original packaging including bags, tags, etc. Additionally, if you want to keep the Mulfy returns team happy, try to fold the garment up nicely, we really appreciate it! 

Please ensure the items are sent back in suitable packaging. You are responsible for paying the return carriage costs to unless we supplied you with a free returns label in your order.

Also please ensure adequate postage is paid on an item, if insufficient postage is paid on a return, we will refuse the package and return it to the sender's address. 

If you are sending a package back from outside the China, you will need to fill in a customs declaration form (CN22). This is provided by your local post office.

As you are sending goods back to us we ask you to fill in the description as "RETURNED GOODS - RELIEF CLAIMED" and write the items down as zero value. This is completely legal and will avoid import duties. 

If you incorrectly fill in the CN22 and we are requested to pay a charge, we will simply refuse your returned items.


With the current global health conditions and the outbreak of COVID-19 we will be immediately implementing our new exchange policy to keep you safe and indoors to avoid putting your health at risk with unnecessary interaction in public spaces.

While the Coronavirus (COVID-19) cannot transfer via packages as explained by the World Health Organization, we thought it would be necessary to take an additional step to keep our customers safe at Mulfy.

From today, until further notice, any exchange requests will be honored with 40% Off + Free Shipping.

To make your exchange, please contact us and submit you request within 60 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange / replacement at 40% off + Free Shipping

We hope the faith we are showing to our valued Mulfy customers will allow us to continue this program until we find a solution to this virus.

To be eligible for the replacement, the item requested for exchange must be the same gender and jersey design. If exchange request is for 3 or more apparel items, items will be required to be shipped back where return shipping for exchange will be covered by Mulfy up to a maximum of 10$ USD. 

All Final Sale Items - No Refunds or Exchanges. If you order and they do not fit, please emails us and we will offer you a resolution. 

For the return address for all returns and exchanges, please contact us if it is not enclosed in your package. 


If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment .

Reasons for a refund may be considered invalid are (judge on a case by case basis):

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wulibike (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
You order wrong size or color.
The items you ordered are on sale or free.
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wulibike.
* You can submit refund requests within 60 days after the day of delivery (as per tracking notification). You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page explaining the reason for the request.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment.
